Tom assumed the CEO position last October coming to Waltek from Cirrus Design Corporation where he was Executive Vice President of Operations building high performance aircraft. A former commander in the U.S. Navy Submarine Force, Tom is an engineer and has a PhD in Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas.

Garry has been a member of the Waltek Team for eight years as Controller. He oversee all of the accounting functions, computer operations and human resources. His accounting background includes working in public accounting, construction/manufacturing industries, printing industry and propane gas industry. Garry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Bemidji State University.

Mick has been in Quality Assurance for 28 years. He is skilled in Mechanical Design Technology, Statistical Process control, High Tech Machining, NDT and metrology. Mick has 22 years experience in the investment casting industry. He lead the team who recently achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification. Mick is a veteran who began his quality experience maintaining combat helicopters. He is a member of the Minneapolis chapter of the American Society for Quality (ASQ)

Marlow assumed the position of COO in 2006. Marlow has been employed in the Investment Casting industry for 18 years starting out with an Industrial Technician internship at Casting Tech he was hired back after graduation for the position of Process Engineer. After 5 years experience as Process Engineer he was hired by Waltek Inc. as Production Manager. Marlow holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology and Management from Moorhead State University. He has advancements through sales and operations departments to his present position as COO.

David has ten years experience working with castings in sales, estimating, customer service and engineering departments. In his current capacity as customer service engineer, David estimates projects, develops tooling, produces samples and prototypes. He works directly with customers on design reviews and recommendations. David holds an Associates Degree in Architectural and Industrial Design.

Barb started at Waltek in 1986. She worked as Supervisor of Assembly for 13 years and Quality Assurance for 10 years. She was a key team member leading the preparation for the ISO certification audit and was recently promoted to Manager of Production.
